After an 8-hour journey in 30-degree heat, the hotel's air conditioning in the rooms was a very welcome relief, though the bed was too hard for my liking. On the bright side, the provision of tea and coffee and the quality of the beds were excellent. A mixed experience overall.

I'm excited to share my hotel experience with you! The location of the hotel was simply fabulous, on the outskirts of Brighton with easy access to transportation into town. We even had a fantastic dinner at the in-house restaurant, and the steak was absolutely divine. The room had three exterior walls and a very large step down from the bathroom, providing a unique layout. However, the level of customer service from the cleaners to the managers left much to be desired, as they did not seem bothered about ensuring a positive guest experience.
